Just a quick note to my readers:

In advance of starting this website, there were so many images and letters to scan and format, that it took a great deal of time.

When I started posting…as it was my first website attempt…there was a huge learning curve…and yet another major amount of time.

I had great hopes of continuing to upload still more material, as well as some great vintage images provided by Jacques’ family in France. It was hard to do that as quickly as I would have liked as I still work full time. Doing this work requires focus, and I want to honor Jacques by having the material be accurate and look as good as it possible can.

My hope is that I will be able to resume adding all of the text and images so that Jacques’ legacy can be even more appreciated. He was a wonder of a man…a man of many talents, and the most decent and caring person I’ve ever known.

Please check back now and then, and feel free to leave comments. I was advised to set up comments as they are, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at peacenow17(at)earthlink.net (using the @ sign where it belongs…another thing that I was advised to write in that way).

I would be happy to answer any questions you may have, and would be delighted to post any images or text as it relates to dear Jacques.
