Jacques was always taking care of everyone around him. Other than visiting his family, he had almost no time off…We had hoped that he would take a short break… just so that he could visit a new place and be a bit distracted. Miraculously, we convinced him to join us for a long weekend trip to Montréal. We had great fun. The moment we crossed la frontière, he exclaimed, “Mais, c’est la France!” He couldn’t believe just how FRENCH Québec really was. We were very proud of Dylan, who ordered his crêpes in French.
